DELIVERY TIME & ORDERING

Minimum delivery time is 24 hrs for the Signature range and 48 hrs for custome-made cupcakes. Generally I need about 2-3 days for up to a 30 cupcake order. Longer if the order is more. 

There are times when the order book is full, especially for weekends holidays.  Order early!

In case of emergencies - i.e. less than 24 hrs lead time - please call me or whatsapp directly 083 461 7797, any time.

There is no minimum order but for small quantities - below 10 - a surcharge may apply. 

SPECIAL REQUESTS

Please use the comment box during check out to list any of your special requests, the event date, collection date and the number of cupcakes required.

All custom-made orders will be quoted in advance (POA). 

PAYMENT

All orders must be paid upfront via credit card (Paypal) or EFT. Please send proof of payment to vivbasckin@gmail.com. You will receive details during check-out.

FAQs

What are the ingredients of cake mix?

All cupcakes are made with the best ingredients and are deliciously moist. They are all Classic Vanilla flavour. There is no butter in the cake mix (hence they do not get dry and stale) but I do used buttermilk / maas and canola oil. 

What’s in the icing?

There are 2 types of icing and I use both. Butter icing (butter, icing sugar and vanilla) and Fondant which is made of icing sugar glucose and glycerine.  

Longevity and Storage?

The cupcakes can remain moist for up to 3 to 4 days if kept in a tightly sealed Tupperware. Do not put them in the fridge or freezer. The icing gets damaged when moist.

Do you deliver?

Officially no, but given time we can arrange a courier at Uber rates for deliveries throughout Cape Town.
